XtremePassion, LLC stands behind the quality of the products we sell. Because we offer digital products, physical books, apparel, and accessories, refund and replacement terms vary by product type.
1. Digital Products — eBooks
Digital eBook purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been issued. If you experience a technical problem downloading or opening your purchased eBook, contact us at info@xtremepassionllc.com with your order information so we can help resolve the issue.
2. Physical Books
Physical books are produced and shipped specifically for the customer’s order. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong edition.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or materially misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. If approved, we may provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
3. Apparel and Accessories
Apparel and accessories are produced specifically for the customer’s order. We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.

4. Lost or Missing Packages
